SUMMARY: This is an entry-level track laborer maintenance position which requires the ability to perform heavy manual labor (lifting in excess of 100 lbs) while working on all types of railroad track and roadways using hand tools, such as hammers, pry bars, picks and shovels. Other specific duties can include working with and around heavy industrial equipment. This position works outdoors in an industrial setting in all types of weather conditions and requires the ability to perform a considerable amount of walking. The hours of work are generally 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, however, employees may be required to work other shifts, weekends and overtime as the needs of the company dictate. |

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: All candidates must have a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. |

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Previous trades experience in welding; carpentry or a CDL license is preferred. |
