SUMMARY: Responsible for inspection, repair and maintenance of electrical components on diesel electric locomotives, cranes, air compressors, power lines, buildings, shop facilities and equipment. Work assignments may be any shift at our Monroeville roundhouse, throughout our MonValley operations, or at our Duquesne Coal Dock facility, which would entail additional dock-related tasks, such as moving/securing barges and other floating equipment using cables, ropes and hand tools. |

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Position requires solid electrical aptitude and good communications skills. Qualified candidates will have trade school background or formal electrical maintenance training, plus 3-5 years of related work experience. A valid driver's license is required. Must be able to perform manual labor and lifting in excess of 50 lbs., work outside subject to inclement weather conditions, work independently with no direct supervision once training is completed, work overtime as needed, and respond to on-call emergencies at any time. The position requires working outside at heights with/without use of lift or bucket truck; must be willing and able to climb. |

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Industrial electrical repair/maintenance experience. CDL a plus. |
