Today, Warrior & Gulf owns and operates 24 modern towboats ranging from 1800 to 2200 horsepower. To enable the most efficient and economical operation of tows, cargo size and tonnage are matched with the horsepower capability of the entire fleet. Warrior & Gulf operates a fleet of over 260 open and covered barges. Operating primarily on the Black Warrior, Tombigbee System, Tenn-Tom Waterway and Intracoastal waterways, Warrior & Gulf has the additional ability to interline with other carriers, opening virtually all of the navigable waterways of the United States to our shippers'.
